These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vanhub News (the "Site"), operated by Vanhub Media Inc., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
The Site is intended for readers aged 18 and over. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.
2. Editorial content & accuracy
Vanhub News publishes journalism, analysis, and forward-looking commentary about North American real estate, technology, and startup markets. While we follow the documented standards in our Editorial Policy, content is provided "as is" and is not financial, legal, tax, immigration, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.
3. Limited license to read & share
Subject to these Terms, Vanhub News grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and read the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may share headlines and excerpts of up to 200 words with attribution and a link back to the original article.
Republishing full articles, training machine-learning models on Vanhub News content, or scraping the Site at scale is prohibited without prior written consent from editor@vanhubnews.com.
4. User submissions
When you submit a tip, correction, or pitch via the Contact page or any beat reporter email, you grant Vanhub News a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the submitted material in our editorial process, including verification, redaction, and (where appropriate) publication. We will not publish your name without your consent unless the material is independently verifiable from public sources.
